We offer diverse advertising and sponsorship packages offering a robust array of options to get your business recognized in front of our audiences. We offer traditional on-screen advertising, but also feature a number of options that utilize our fast-growing online audiences to get your message where it will be most resonant.

Below are our pre-built packages, but please contact hello@greenbelttheatre.org to discuss custom packages that will better meet your needs.

SPECIALTY SERIES INDIVIDUAL FILM SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

Limit of one sponsor per film.

INDIVIDUAL FILM SPONSORSHIP – $350

• On-screen, lobby, & outdoor display windowscreen thank you on “Coming Soon” slide the month before and month of the event.
• Email newsletter mention whenever film is promoted, linking to URL of your choice.
• Two listings on website: series page and film page, linking to URL of your choice.
• Option to place rack cards on inner lobby display for two months.
• Mention of sponsorship in local print publication.
• Opportunity to table in inner lobby at screening.

INDIVIDUAL FILM SPONSORSHIP DELUXE – $500

• All of the above benefits, plus…
• Thank you on social media whenever film is promoted (we are active on Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram).
• Mention on radio ad.

SPECIALTY SERIES SPONSORSHIP – $2,000

Monday Matinees, Cult Classics, and School’s Out are perennial series and some of our highest visibility events. In addition to these high profile series, we also offer Storytime on Screen, Summer Concert Series, Advancing the Frame, Book V Movie, as well as a diverse line-up of special community events. Limit of three sponsors per series.

• On-screen, lobby & outdoor display windowscreen thank you on series slide for duration of series.
• Thank you on social media whenever series or film from series is promoted (minimum 2 mentions per month each on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
• Email newsletter mention whenever series or film from series is promoted (minimum 2 mentions per month), linking to URL of your choice.
• Multiple listings on website: series page and each individual film page, linking to URL of your choice.
• Opportunity to table in inner lobby at one screening of film of choice.
• Rack cards on inner lobby display for duration of series.
• Name on marquee for single film is available at an additional $100. Name will appear on marquee for the week of the film.

Old Greenbelt Theatre staff curate additional specialty series throughout the year. Past series include Science on Screen, Miyazaki Mondays, and Stranger Origins. Please contact us to learn more about future series or to suggest a theme that you would like to sponsor.

COST-EFFECTIVE OPTIONS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES

TABLING IN THE INNER LOBBY – $100

• Table in the inner lobby for one screening not previously reserved by a sponsor.
• FREE for non-profits with a mission relevant to film theme.

PLACEMENT IN EMAIL NEWSLETTER – $75/EMAIL

• Ad must be relevant to Old Greenbelt Theatre in some way. Must offer some benefit to our patrons (discount, educational opportunity, etc.).
• Speak with marketing staff for ideas, examples, or assistance in creation.

RACK CARDS IN INNER LOBBY – $50/MONTH

• Rack card display beneath monitor in the inner lobby.
• FREE for non-profits.

TRADITIONAL ON-SCREEN ADVERTISING

• Ad will appear on auditorium, lobby, and box office screens.
• Available only for 6-month and 12-month durations.
• Twelve months: $2,000
• Six months: $1,000
• Standard discounted rate to Greenbelt-based small businesses.
• One year video ad: $4,000 for up to 60-seconds (auditorium screen only); $350 per month.
