For film premieres requests must be made at least 90 days in advance of the event with a 50% deposit at time of booking.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Can my guests buy additional concessions?
- Yes, we can accept cash, card, or checks for additional concession purchases.
- Can I bring my own food?
- Yes! Because this is a private rental, our “no outside food or beverage” rule does not apply. Inform our staff at the time of booking if you will need tables and/or chairs set up in either of the lobby spaces.
- How do I book a date and time?
- Simply fill out our rental request form below. Staff will respond to your request within 3 business days.
- Can I bring any movie I want?
- Yes, you may choose your own film, but we cannot use burned or copied media – commercially-produced Blu-Ray or DVD only.
- Can I pay by credit card?
- Yes, we will accept any method of payment (cash, check, credit card).
- When do I pay?
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Any remaining charges must be paid no less than three (3) weeks prior to your rental.
- Is alcohol allowed?
- Currently, alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
