faq

Can my guests buy additional concessions?
- Yes, we can accept cash, card, or apple pay for additional concession purchases.
Can I bring my own food?
- Yes! Because this is a private rental, our “no outside food or beverage” rule does not apply. Inform our staff at the time of booking if you will need tables and/or chairs set up in either of the lobby spaces.
How do I book a date and time?
- Simply fill out our rental request form below. Staff will respond to your request within 3 business days.
Can I bring any movie I want?
- Yes, you may choose your own film, but we cannot use burned or copied media – DCP file, commercially-produced Blu-Ray, or DVD only.
Can I pay by credit card?
- Yes, we accept credit card, cash, check, apple pay.
When do I pay?
- A deposit ($350 for Main Auditorium or $200 for Screening Room) is required at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be completely paid no later than 7 days before the event. A payment plan can be set up with the rental coordinator.
Is alcohol allowed?
- Alcohol is allowed but must be procured by the Cinema. Canned beer and wine are always available at concessions and a request can be made for our specialty wine options.
I'm a member. Do I get a discount?
- Members do get a discount! 10% off for basic level memberships and 20% for sustaining level memberships. If you are not yet a member with us, click the link to see our member perks and sign up.
